• Services: Includes the Mobile App, White Label Apps, Website, Desktop application, website hosting services, and other tools provided by WeddingToday.
• Users: Individuals using our Services.
• Clients: Individuals using sites or applications built through WeddingToday.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information to improve your experience:

A. Contact Information: Email addresses, phone numbers, and business names (if provided).
B. Event Information: Details such as event name, date, location, and guest information.
C. Photo Information: Photos uploaded by you or your authorized guests, stored securely.
D. Device Information: Information about your device (OS version, phone model, etc.).
E. Facial Recognition (Optional): For events where the Admin enables facial recognition, users may upload a selfie for facial recognition purposes. We do not store the selfie itself; only the facial feature vectors are stored temporarily on AWS servers. These vectors are deleted after the event or the expiration of the Face Recognition pack. We do not share facial feature vectors with any third parties.
F. Log Data: Information like IP addresses, timestamps, and browser configurations.
G. Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Services, including event-related actions.
H. Tracking Technologies: We may use cookies, beacons, and other technologies to improve your experience.
I. Third-Party Services: Information from third-party services you use to log in, such as Google or Meta.
J. Support and Communication: Information collected when you contact support or communicate through social media.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

A. Provide Services: Manage events and facilitate photo sharing.

5. How We Protect Your Information

We use various security measures to protect your data. However, no online system is entirely secure. We implement safeguards when transferring data outside your jurisdiction.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as necessary to provide our Services. Facial recognition data is deleted when the event expires, or the Face Recognition pack expires.

We may transfer your data across borders in compliance with local regulations.

8. Face Data Collection and Use

For events where facial recognition is enabled, users can upload selfies to view their event photos. We store only facial feature vectors, not selfies, temporarily on AWS servers. This data is deleted after the event expires and is not shared with third parties. We do not use this data for any purpose other than enabling users to view photos they appear in.

9. How Users Can Request Data Deletion

To delete your data, email us at buntinoty.bk@gmail.com. We will process your request and delete your information, confirming via email once the deletion is complete.

10. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
